The cottage features a small lounge room / living area with built in storage units and TV cabinet.

The furniture included is a dining table and chairs and lounge seat with side tables (all you need is your own TV).

A fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove top and electric oven plus a tall pantry cupboard. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed and built in robes.

The bathroom is a very well set up with a corner shower and corner vanity unit plus a linen cupboard and also doubles as the laundry as it has its own washing machine taps and a washing machine. There is also a clothes dryer provided.

Plus a small room at the rear of the cottage which leads into the rear yard of the main house which is separated by a colourbond fence.

The cottage has a lovely bull nose verandah/patio area and its own access into a single carport, also a small garden shed for storage.

Electric storage hot storage hot water system services the cottage.

The cottage is not air conditioned but has a portable air con unit for tenants use.

Electricity is supplied through a sub meter and the water use accounts are split between the cottage and the main house.

If you are approved to move into any of our rental properties you will be required to pay 4 weeks rent as bond, 2 weeks rent in advance, if you have pets the $260 pet bond before you collect the keys for the property.
