Downstairs consists of light and bright large open plan living, so you can watch the kids play in the rear yard. Lounge with smart TV, split system and WiFi that opens up to a lovely rear deck. Modern kitchen with everything you require to enjoy your holiday. This opens to side covered deck to enjoy your breakfast. It also overlooks dining room and small reading nook with couch for relaxing, with another split system. There is also a bedroom with ensuite, laundry with washing machine and powder room situated on this ground floor.

Upstairs consists of another three bedrooms, one with ensuite, family bathroom with large bath to enjoy some bubbles in and separate toilet. All bedrooms have split systems.
