Located within , this partly-furnished Corporate Cabin offers resort-style, short term living in a friendly community. This cabin features open-plan living, master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with bunk, kitchen with full cooking facilities, fridge, air-conditioning, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway carport parking for one vehicle. Please note: Microwave, TV, linen and kitchen utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery are not included for long term rentals. Electricity is not included. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child on long term rental.
Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full size tennis court and barbecue areas.
Rental Conditions: A Long Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent from the applicant. Rental is $440.00 per week, plus electricity. A minimum 4 month stay applies. 2 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the lease plus a bond equivalent to 3 weeks' rent. A refundable $70 key/boomgate swipecard deposit (per set) is payable on arrival.
