Located within , short term Classic Family Villa offers resort-style living in a friendly community. Featuring a queen bed in the master bedroom, a set of 2-level bunks in the second bedroom and a set of 2-level bunks in the third bedroom, open-plan living, kitchen with stove, oven and fridge, air-conditioning, television, microwave, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway parking for one vehicle. Electricity is not included. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full size tennis court and barbecue areas (fee).

Rental Conditions: A Short Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) for each adult applicant and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent provided by the applicant. Rental is $560.00 per week, including electricity and water. A minimum 4 week stay applies. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the stay, plus a $250 cleaning deposit, $100 key and boomgate swipe card deposit and $110 carpet cleaning fee. Extended stays may be available on request, subject to availability and upon application.
