The unit comes fully furnished and is available for short or long term accommodation.
Short term stays are $180.00 per night, this includes a cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
Bond for short term stays is as follows, 1-7 nights is a bond of $100.00, anything over 8 nights is $350.00
Long term is either a 6 or 12 month stay with a lease agreement in place at $350.00 per week.
