Brisbane North Rental Village is centrally positioned within the suburb of Aspley on 7 hectares of landscaped grounds with our onsite Management team available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. We are conveniently located with public transport, shopping (Aspley Hypermarket; Aspley Village, Westfield Chermside), restaurants, cafes and employment opportunities on your doorstep.
Access to the village is via Gympie Road and all dwellings are set back for peace and quiet. You'll enjoy direct freeway access to the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane CBD and major employment hubs. Most accommodation types include a parking space (in very close proximity) and visitor parking is located at the front of the property.
For your confidence, all residents are subject to tenancy terms which will be explained upon application. You can also be sure that your bond payment will be officially registered with the Rental Tenancies Authority (RTA).
