Tariffs:
Low Season: $500.00 per week ( minimum 2 night stay @ $150 per night)
Mid Season: $700.00 per week ( minimum 7night stay)
High Season: $820.00 per week ( minimum 7 night stay)

Cleaning fee : $ 90 per booking on top of tariff.

A non refundable $35.00 booking fee applies to every booking..
A Security Bond Authorization Form will be sent out with deposit receipts that must be signed and returned before date of check-in. These forms will be held as a Security Deposit and will enable us to deduct up to $500.00 for any additional cleaning, removal of excess rubbish, damage or undue wear and tear.
