This large two storey home overlooks the spectacular North Bay at Carrickalinga. Situated in a serene cul-de-sac, only a short stroll to the beach or a few minutes drive from the township of Normanville.

Upstairs you will find the main open plan living area with amazing coastal views, well equipped kitchen, large dining table and a massive lounge area with floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows to allow the outside in. Large undercover entertaining area with ample seating and a webber Q.
You will also find 2 bedrooms up stairs and the main bathroom which comes complete with a very large relaxing spa bath.
Downstairs is the perfect spot for another family or for the children to hangout, they have their own living area complete with a full kitchen, dining and lounge, another undercover outside entertaining area, 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Enjoy the tranquil surrounds with the gentle sound of the surf and the native animals wondering the rolling hills. Keep an eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoons.
This striking stretch of coastline features rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunging down to the sea, ever changing surf and a township squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families especially loved by children who explore the ever changing rock pool formations.
LOCATION: One street back from the beach in the North Bay.

BATHROOMS: Upstairs large spa bath, shower, separate wc and separate vanity. Downstairs bathtub, shower and vanity and separate wc.

LINEN:Sheets and towels are NOT provided, guests must supply their own, OR guests can hire linen packages at their own expense through our Ray White Normanville office.
Each pack contains the following items - sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and face washers.
