With a huge balcony to enjoy the sound of the ocean and views, Moana offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two separate lounge areas, kitchen and kitchenette, laundry, garage, quality outdoor furniture and a BBQ, and a large fenced in backyard great for kids and pets to run around in. The perfect holiday home for families who want to get away from it all. There is a downstairs area with a bedroom with 3 beds (1 x single, 1 x bunk), a separate kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom.
The property has recently upgraded the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan lounge/dining room has a TV area which opens on to a large deck which wraps around 2 sides of the house. The balcony features two lounge areas and a large, quality wooden outdoor table and chairs and BBQ. Downstairs laundry and bathroom includes Bosch washing machine. Portable cot available.To get you started we provide dish washing tablets, dish washing liquid, dish cloths and tea towels. All you need to bring are your sheets, pillowcases and towels. Alternatively linen can be hired from Aroma Clean Living Linen Hire. The property also offers WiFi.
We have a dog of our own so happy to consider animals. Wed appreciate if you can let us know at the time of booking the type of pet you are bringing. Pets are required to remain outside the house.
Moana's of Mollymook is only available to families and couples.
Located just a 150-metres from Mollymook Golf Club, as well as a number of cafes and restaurants. Moana is a five-minute drive from Ulladulla and five minutes from the historic town of Milton which has an abundance of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from.
Mollymook and surrounds
Moana is located at the southern end of Mollymook Beach, very close to the golf club and a short walk to the beautiful Mollymook Beach. The beach is surf patrolled in summer and the short walk around the headlands is well worth it, especially to the natural rock pools.
There are plenty of local activities to keep you occupied including bush-walking, surfing, boating, 4wdriving, fishing, golf, paddle boarding, snorkelling, wineries and local markets.
The Mollymook golf club has a nine and eighteen hole course and the restaurant is a fantastic place to relax with a drink and have a family dinner and watch the dolphins enjoy the surf.
The renowned Bannisters and the Rick Stein restaurant are close by and includes a day spa if you want to treat yourself. There is also an outdoor bar with casual dining available.
Pigeon House Mountain and the Clyde Rive is a 4WD away enjoy a bush walk and stunning views from the peak.
Supermarkets and other amenities are a short five-minute drive away at Ulladulla.
