Refundable Damage Deposits Policy
As the tenant of the property you are fully responsible for any damage and breakages that
occur during your stay. It is important that all breakages and damage caused during your
tenancy is reported. If damage is found or reported the refundable damage deposit will be
used to pay for or replace damaged or broken items. AFTER USE INSPECTION: After use a
full inspection of the property will be conducted by the managing agent. During this
inspection if any damage is found that has not been reported, the charges will be withdrawn
from the RDD. If the damage or replacement costs do not exceed this amount, then all
monies not used will be refunded to the guest. KEYS: The loss or damage to any keys,
remotes, or swipe cards will incur additional charges.
