This property has everything you need for an enjoyable South Coast holiday. Take a walk through Merry Beach Caravan Park, which is right at your back door and you will be right on beautiful Merry Beach, with Snapper Point being a popular fishing spot.

Easy access to the National Park just up the dirt road, you will discover popular Pretty Beach. Also well known on the beach is Singing Stones, just walk around the first headland to the next pebble beach and you will hear the most beautiful sounds of water rushing along the pebbles. This is also a great starting point for some bushwalking, with the track leading up to Durras Mountain accessible from the edge of the camping ground, grab a map and explore the area.

The property consists of one bedroom in the main house which has a queen bed. The sleep out has a tri-bunk and includes a bar fridge.

You will be greeted by kangaroos and a wonderful array of birds while enjoying a BBQ or cold drink on the deck. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all you will need and includes a microwave.

This property is pet friendly, (outside only). It is not fully fenced but does have a fenced pet enclosure. Any extra cleaning required eg pet hair, will be deducted from the guests security deposit.

Minimum 2 night stay: $450 (available all year round except Peak Seasons - Easter and Christmas)
Off Peak rate: $800 pw
School Holiday rate: $950 pw
Easter: $1,500 pw (minimum 4 night booking)
Christmas School Holidays: $1,500 pw (minimum 7 night booking)
