This cosy, affordable holiday home is perfect for a family or friends getaway!

It comprises of open plan kitchen/dining and living area with 4 bedrooms, laundry room and a bathroom with a bath, vanity and a separate toilet. Outside consists of fully fenced back yard that offers a garage at rear, gas BBQ, outdoor setting and table tennis. (Garage is not for cars).

Behind the back of the house (other side of the fence which is 1.13 metres high) there is a large man made lake with abundant bird life.

Your pet is welcome (must stay outside at all times).
