We have the perfect holiday Oasis right here in Jurien Bay, only a 5 second walk to the beach and marina.
Magnificent 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with floor to ceiling windows offering some of the best ocean views in town.
Block out blinds all throughout means you can let in as much as the summer warmth as you wish during the day and then open it all up in the evening.
With brand new furnishings and almost fully air conditioned, there's no need to bring anything except yourselves.

The ground level of the house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a luxurious king bed in the master suite upstairs.

All the downstairs bedrooms have carpet under foot, ceiling fans, block out curtains, and built in robes or drawers. 2 rooms have a flat screen TV and the other has a large office work space.
The bathroom has both a shower recess and a bath tub, with a separate powder room and toilet.
And the air conditioned lounge room has a comfy suite and a couple of bean bags to laze in front of the smart TV.

The downstairs kitchen has a microwave and fridge/freezer and a lot of open space.

The upstairs retreat is really a sight to behold..... the almost 180 degree view to the ocean and islands are beyond comparison.

Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs in the living room, another Smart TV, and a huge dining table to seat everyone. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, even a Nespresso coffee pod machine.

The master bedroom, walk in robe and en suite are huge.
For a little indulgence fill the spa bath with bubbles, and there are 'his' and 'hers' basins.

If washing is still a must on your holiday, a specialty feature is the hidden laundry chute in the en suite... No more carrying clothes and linen downstairs!

Free WiFi is also on offer which could be handy on those rainy days..... or maybe you just need a little peace and quiet from the children!

After you've been for a swim in the stunning turquoise waters there is an outside hot/cold shower to wash the salt and sand off.

And finally.... grab a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down on the upstairs deck. The BBQ is perfect to cook your latest catch whilst still being part of the conversation.
