With high ceilings throughout, newly furnished and fully renovated, this holiday house has a relaxing beach ambience to have you feeling right at home.
New appliances meet you in the kitchen, featuring dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Leading to the dining and lounge area with TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and board games to keep you entertained. Lounge area has a reverse cycle split system.
The main bathroom with bath, toilet and shower also features a European laundry hidden away. There is another separate powder room with toilet and vanity and an ensuite in master bedroom.
Sleeping configurations are as follow;
Bedroom 1; Queen bed
Bedroom 2; 1 x Single bunk bed and 1 x Tri bunk
Bedroom 3; Double bed
All bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and heaters. Bedroom 2 has an X-box with a selection of games to choose from.
Outside features decking with BBQ, plenty of room for the kids to run around on the grass and lots of space to park your boat or cars.
High season - $1500 per week
Low season - $1050 per week
Per Night - $220 (minimum 2 night stay, long weekends 3 night minimum)
