This ground floor unit in a small block of only 5 apartments offers a private balcony with outdoor setting and open plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and free WIFI. The private balcony has a nice garden outlook and filtered water views.
Unit 4 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, with built-in cupboard. The second bedroom has two 2 single beds as well as a trundle bed.
The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and free WIFI. The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave oven as well as a small dual hot plate benchtop oven and breakfast bar.
Guests have access to the laundry with free washing machine and coin operated dryer, communal BBQ and undercover outdoor picnic table.
Beachside apartments are located across from Shoal Bay beach, one of Port Stephens’s most popular, at the foot of Tomaree Mountain and only a short walk to all that Shoal Bay has to offer. This is the perfect holiday location, being the closest to the beach.
Your rental rate includes sheets and towels (if you wish to use the trundle or sofa you will need to supply your own sheets and towels), however you should bring your own beach towels. Please note: while linen is supplied the beds will not be made at the property and you will be required to make your own beds.
A refundable Security Bond of $300 is required in addition to the holiday accommodation total.
Please not that parties and schoolies groups are not permitted. Also, because the property is in a quiet neighbourhood, a no excessive noise policy is enforced.
