For the fisherman, it is an easy drive to launch the boat either at the beachfront boat ramp or the easy access Maria Creek boat ramp. The house is simple, no fuss and easy care. The beautiful black beam floors are a real feature so we ask holidaymakers to lap up the beach lifestyle and go barefoot:) It has 3 queens sized air-conditioned bedrooms, open bathroom laundry and a lovely kitchen opening to the dining and living area. The home is fully air-conditioned and has a closed-in sunroom with an opportunity to utilise either a front or back patio depending on the weather and time of day. Other features included fully screened, lock up remote garage, off-street parking for a boat. If you think Ocean View might be just the spot for you please contact our office for availability.
