Great views and ocean breezes are afforded from the combined kitchen, dining and loungeroom.

There are three bedrooms two of which have queen beds and the third with a bunk and a single.

The main has acorner bathtub, shower and toilet and there is an ensuite off one of th queen bedroom suites with another shower and toilet. There is an additionaloutdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

In the kitchen is an Expressi coffee machine (capsules can be bought at Aldi) and dishwasher, oven and cook top along with a large fridge freezer and microwave.

The lounge room has a comfy sofa, TV and DVD, and a slow combustion fire (no firewood provided).

The rear deck with great views is partially undercover and has a gas bbq.

Off street parking under new carport.

Bendalong Store and Cafe a 15 min walk or 2 minute drive.

Mal and Kates Cafe at Cunjurong Point close to Green Island for pizzas also.

Tennis and basketball courts, soccer field and skate park at Manyana but must bring own equipment.
