This quaint beach cottage is surrounded by nature, you'll be amazed when the neighbourhood Kangaroos drop in for a visit, the views are stunning;overlooking Kitten Bay to O'Hara Head and Snapper Point. During Whale season this is the perfect spot as whales often visit the Bay to play. This property is just a 2 minute walk to the sandy, surf beach at Merry Beach.

This timber and glass home is well equipped to offer you a wonderful holiday whatever the time of year. Open the front glass doors for the cool summer breeze and relax on the front verandah, or snuggle inside by the wood fire on those chilly nights. Once you've stayed, you'll understand why this property enjoys repeat clientele all year 'round!

This property is pet friendly(outside only please). Any extra cleaning required eg pet hair etc, will be deducted from the guests security deposit. Please note this property is not fully fenced.

There is a landline in the house for incoming calls and outward local calls, WiFi is also available.

Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water and bushland and just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast. Relax on the Beach, mingle with the local kangaroos or take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks are only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.

Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays and there is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters, only 30 minutes drive from Kioloa.

For the young and the young at heart, a visit to the Mogo Zoo is a must. Take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the white lions, the only ones in Australia! While at Mogo take a trip back to the gold rush days and visit Old Mogo Town the Gold Rush Theme Park. Here you can pan for gold, explore the mine tunnel, check out the digger's camp or just simply enjoy a picnic by the lake.
