Winter Retreat Available March to Early Dec

This well maintained fully furnished Beach House is available for rent for 6 months this year.( Now to Dec 10) The Owners are too busy with the Cane Season so are happy to share. The rate they are asking is not 'holiday tariff' as they hope you will enjoy a few months in our Tropical Paradise without breaking your budget. The tariff will vary slightly depending on the length of your stay ( min 6 weeks preferred)

This Beach Cottage is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach, 2 min drive to the boat ramp and easy walk to King Reef Resort.

Most folks enter the house via a remote-controlled garage door opening into the very clean garage which can double as a great sit out area if you prefer. On this level, there is a bathroom which has had a spruce up, separate toilet and a laundry with both washer and dryer. A couple of steps up through the door takes you into the main living area. It has a near new kitchen. The large open plan living/ dining /kitchen is quite spacious. It has 3 bedrooms ( 1 x Double, 2 x Single and 1 x Single ) so will sleep 5 comfortably. Everything you need for a comfy stay should be in the house ..........so don't drag the Van for your winter escape.... just bring your linen, clothes and food. Tenants are asked to pay the power whilst in residence.

As I mentioned the tariff will vary depending on the length of your stay. $350/week for min 3 weeks, $320/wk for 3-6 week stay and then $280/week for up to 3 months. Stay more than 3 months and the rent reduces to $270/week. You are responsible for power costs and all the cleaning during your stay but the lawns will be maintained. The house is rented on 'leave as you find it' basis and a security deposit will be required. It will be set up as a Tenancy Agreement rather than a holiday let for 3 months or more.

The house is not fenced so sorry most dogs will not be accepted unless they come with their own good references.
