3.This property has a minimum 4Â night stay in the Autumn, Winter and SpringÂ seasons, you may stay for less than this, but the minimum rate for 4Â nights will apply.Â In the Summer seasonÂ a 7 night minimum applies andÂ during Easter a 5 night minimum applies.Â
4.A non refundable $40 booking fee is included in the price quoted this and your 50% tariff deposit is payable within 7 days of making a booking.
