The main bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and ensuite. For the teenager's or extended family there is an upstairs bedroom/loft with a double sofa bed, 43 " Flat Screen TV and private deck which offers amazing ocean views, the perfect place to gather and enjoy your morning coffee. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV and dining/kitchen area has a 32" flat screen TV both include reverse cycle air-conditioning units for cooling in summer and heating in winter.

After a day of fun in the sun you can relax around the BBQ and take in the ocean views from the undercover entertaining area.

Guests have access to the lock up garage and there is plenty of off street parking so bring the boat!
