The house comprises an open plan kitchen and dining with a separate living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. There is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans. Relax in the private native garden and enjoy the tranquility while listening to the sound of rolling waves in the distance.

The township is squeezed between the hillside and pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is very popular for families because of this. There is access to beach walks -short or long. Take a stroll along Carrickalinga's magnificent beach, and on past the sand dunes for a coffee at the Normanville beach caf.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular for this area and there are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 5 minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse and restaurant, where you can enjoy a game of golf. Then sit back for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

There is no access to the shed in the rear of the property.

LINEN: Linen and towels are NOT provided. Guests can hire linen packages at their own expense through Ray White Normanville. These packages will be delivered to the requested property prior to the guests arrival, however guests will be required to dress their own beds. On departure, guests are asked to remove linen from beds, place into the supply bag provided, and leave at the front door on the inside of the property for collection by the cleaner.
