Just a minutes' walk to the stunning Sellicks Beach Esplanade, this brand new, light, bright and breezy beach house at Sellicks Beach sets the scene for a relaxing holiday and a lifetime of memories. The two-storey, contemporary home, built-in 2016, is beautifully furnished throughout and comfortably sleeps eight, with modern fittings and decor. There are three large bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, built-in robes, table lamps and new queen-size beds, and generous living spaces both indoors and out. The views from the house are breathtaking, rolling hills on one side and the ocean on the other. It's so close to the water you can hear the waves!

Upstairs is the hub of the house, with an expansive open-plan kitchen, living and dining space offering direct access to the north-facing balcony, which provides a wonderful sunny spot to relax and enjoy the serenity. The balcony features a new gas BBQ, which means alfresco dining on those gorgeous summer evenings is a must, and there's plenty of room for everyone with dining space for eight. The kitchen is generous in size and amenities, with brand new appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, large Westinghouse gas oven and grill with pizza setting, and Vittoria Espresso coffee machine. The living area has two large, comfortable couches for you to unwind in front of the TV and DVD player. Downstairs is a second living space with TV/DVD and a relaxing day bed with sumptuous cushions for lounging, or if needed, it can be converted into a double bed. Other features of this delightful holiday home include a spacious three-way bathroom downstairs with a large bath and separate shower, plus separate vanity and toilet. There is a second toilet and vanity upstairs.

The laundry is well equipped with an automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. To ensure year-round comfort there is ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning to all rooms, zoned to provide added control. The fully fenced garden has a large lawn area, providing a safe space for children to play. Why not enjoy a family game of badminton and bocce with the equipment provided. Sellicks Beach is a gem just a 50-minute drive from Adelaide, but you will feel you are far from the city as you travel through the rolling hills and grapevines, taking in breathtaking views of the ocean as you drive down Sellicks Beach Road. Just a short drive away, the Saturday morning Willunga markets are a must-visit or check out the world-renowned wine region of McLaren Vale only 15 minutes away, a wall map upstairs in the house has details of 84 wineries to explore.
