We offer a beautifully presented four-bedroom double storey Duplex in the picturesque Salamander Bay located in stunning Port Stephens on the New South Wales Mid North Coast.

Our home offers four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms plus separate powder room, kitchen, and multiple living areas. This home would be well suited to large families, multiple families or larger groups.

The house and bedding configuration are as follows:

Upstairs:

Master Bedroom Queen Bed with Ensuite (Shower, Bath & Toilet)

Kitchen Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Stove, Crockery & Cutlery and an eight-seater table.

Lounge Room Air conditioner, TV, DVD player, Foxtel, WIFI

Laundry Washing Machine, Dryer, Ironing facilities

We are located 250 metres from the waters edge, Bannisters, Cheeky Dog and Soldiers Point Bowling Club. This house is the ideal stay for families to come and unwind.

Please note guest do not have access to garage, parking for 3 cars in driveaway and ample parking across the road.

Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen beds, 1 King single bed, 1 tri bunk bed.

A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN. (preauthorisation on a credit card)

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2PM and 5PM on Weekdays and between 2PM to 4PM on Saturdays. If you were unable to meet these times or are checking in on a Sunday or Public Holiday, we do have an afterhours service in which we can provide to you. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival. Your security Bond will need to be paid prior to your arrival in these cases.
