The lower kids retreat / 5th bedroom/media room is fitted out with a pool table and a 5 seater lounge and TV, complete with 4 single beds. The lower area has also a toilet and shower.

Complimenting the balcony is a large 6 burner, full stainless steel BBQ as well as 8 person setting plus a 6 person setting, bar table with stools and two reclining sun lounges (ideal for that afternoon nap).Lower Outdoor living:-
Seating for 6+ and a fully enclosed back yard with rear gate allowing direct access to the close by beach and parks. Also enough area for family games and the dog to play. An outdoor shower for those beach swims, a double sink and double tap fish cleaning sink for those who have come to Burrum to enjoy the fishing.
Maximum 2 dogs as per council regulations. Sheets and towels are NOT supplied with the property. Hire linen available at extra cost.
Off Season: $650.00 per week (min 2 night stay)
Mid Season: $1170.00per week (min 7 night stay)
High Season: $1500.00 per week (min 7 night stay)

Cleaning fee : $ 120 per booking on top of tariff.
A non refundable $35.00 booking fee applies to every booking.
A Security Bond Authorization Form will be sent out with deposit receipts that must be signed and returned before date of check-in. These forms will be held as a Security Deposit and will enable us to deduct up to $500.00 for any additional cleaning, removal of excess rubbish, damage or undue wear and tear.
