The apartment is on the first floor of a small block of units (24 in total). The apartment has a large window overlooking greenery which gets lovely morning light and is tastefully decorated throughout.

There is also parking on the street which is available all weekend but limited to two hours on weekdays. Be mindful of the clearway in the mornings.

Hawthorn is a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood. On Burwood Rd you have access to cafes, chemist, supermarket, a pub and restaurants. The apartment is located in walking distance to Richmond, one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Melbourne. The apartment is located on Power Street just off bustling Bridge Road in Richmond and Swan Street on either side, all which offer some of the most fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops in town. Bridge Rd the shopping precinct is about a 10 minute walk, Victoria St with its lively Vietnamese precinct filled with amazing restaurants is also about a 5 minute drive away. There is also excellent restaurants, cafes and shops in Camberwell on Burke Road, which is 5 minutes away by car."
