Centrally located, the property is just across the road from the beach, it is a rear apartment on the ground floor, so no sea-views, but also offers a little more privacy and quiet, it's well suited for those who cannot use stairs.
This lovely unit features three bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioning. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to cook their own meals. Rest assured there are plenty of Restaurants and cafes nearby if cooking isn't your thing! New bathroom June 2019.
From the property the IGA is only just around the corner and a very short walk to the main street, and also the large shopping complex - Victor Central.
Granite Island is reachable by foot and is only a short walk up the path through the memorial gardens. Be sure to check out the new Tuna Pen and Fairy Penguin Tours.
