Downstairs includes 2 bedrooms and a laundry. halfway up the stairs there is a small bathroom. Upstairs consists of a living/dining/kitchen area that has a reverse cycle air conditioner and a little balcony with a view. Outside consists of an undercover carport and a small fenced lawned area.
