The living areas all open onto the large undercover veranda with ceiling fans,outdoor lounge and dining setting, built in gas BBQ and water views.
The home is fully screened ( no security screens) and fenced with direct access to white sandy beaches.
You can secure the car and boat in the double lock up garage where you will also find a second fridge freezer .
Clean the catch on the fish cleaning bench , cook the crabs on the large gas burner on the BBQ ( big stainless pot supplied) and when you finished clean up at the outdoor shower.
The laundry is also fully equipped with front loader washer and dryer.
Sorry- No Pets. Sheets and towels are not supplied . Hire linen available . No Smoking inside.
Low Season: $900.00 ( minimum 3 nights @ $700 for 3 nights)
Mid Season : $1350.00 ( minimum 7 nights)
High Season: $1750.00 ( minimum 7 nights)
A non refundable $35 booking fee applies to all bookings. A security deposit form will have to be filled out for each booking .
