As soon as you walk into the lounge the views will delight you and for the nights relax and enjoy the gas fire place .

There are four smart TV's in the property . Two in bedrooms , one in the kitchen and one in the lounge. All living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher , large double door fridge freezer, gas cooktop , double oven with convection microwave.

The living areas all open onto the large undercover veranda with ceiling fans,outdoor lounge and dining setting, built in gas BBQ and water views.

The home is fully screened ( no security screens) and fenced with direct access to white sandy beaches.

You can secure the car and boat in the double lock up garage where you will also find a second fridge freezer .

Clean the catch on the fish cleaning bench , cook the crabs on the large gas burner on the BBQ ( big stainless pot supplied) and when you finished clean up at the outdoor shower.

The laundry is also fully equipped with front loader washer and dryer.

Sorry- No Pets. Sheets and towels are not supplied . Hire linen available . No Smoking inside.

Low Season: $900.00 ( minimum 3 nights @ $700 for 3 nights)
Mid Season : $1350.00 ( minimum 7 nights)
High Season: $1750.00 ( minimum 7 nights)

A non refundable $35 booking fee applies to all bookings. A security deposit form will have to be filled out for each booking .
