*Things you need to know:
1.You must be classified as an eligible new resident at UniLodge Lincoln House.
2.Sign a Full Year lease on any room type to receive the six weeks free rent.
3.This offer is valid from the 17 December 2020 until the 31 January 2021 or until rooms are exhausted.
4.Your lease must commence prior to or on the 31 January 2021 to be eligible for this offer.

6.The 6 weeks rent will be applied as follows: 4 weeks free rent will be credited at the commencement of your lease and the other 2 weeks free rent will be credited at the end of your lease.

o The $2,040 savings on rent has been calculated on a Full Year lease (52 weeks) for an Ensuite Bedroom at UniLodge Lincoln House. $340 per week x 6 weeks = $2,040 per week.
