Downstairs comprises 2 bedrooms and a laundry/bathroom. Upstairs offers an open plan kitchen/dining/living room a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside offers a front balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also a deck in the back yard that overlooks beautiful rural views.
