Why does renting appeal to you at this time of your life?

“Being closer to the heart of the city means less commute time, which makes it easier for jobs, which makes my life easier because I get to spend more time doing what I want,” Wade said.

What makes your rental a *home* to you?

“Our house really took on a homely vibe after we made our dining room into a card room! There is always someone home to unload after a big day and just play a game of cards with.”
