I’m already an Origin customer. Does this offer apply to me?

Yes! If you’re moving to a new address, Origin can arrange your gas or electricity move from your current home to your new home. Even better, you’re still eligible to receive a $100 Gift card from Rent.com.au.

I haven’t found my new place yet. Can I still get started?

Still searching? No problem. Opt-in now and get the process started. We’ll send you details on how to book your move once you have your new address. You’ll also receive a reminder about how to claim your Gift card once you have a moving date.

I’m not moving, but I’d like to switch to Origin. Does this offer still apply?

Yes. You don’t need to be moving house to switch your electricity and gas from another supplier to Origin. Your new Origin connection must remain active for 30 days to be eligible for the $100 Gift card.

What will happen once I complete the form?

Origin will work to ensure you’re connected the day you move in, but it will depend on when you advise them of your moving date. For more information, refer to Origin’s moving FAQs.

When will I receive my $100 Gift card?

We’ll send your $100 Gift card to your newly updated address after 30 days from when your Origin connection goes live. Your new Origin connection must remain active for 30 days to be eligible for the $100 Gift card.

Where can I use my Gift card?

You can redeem your Gift card at more than 80 big brand retailers, including Kmart, Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths, eBay, Myer, Rebel, Apple and more. Can’t decide? You can also split your $100 across different retailers. We’ll send you details about how (and where) you can spend your gift.
