How long do I have to repay?

Generally RentBond will align to the term of your lease. So if your lease is 12 months, your loan term would need to be 12 months or less. But you can let us know if you would like to repay over a different term.

 

Can I pay my RentBond out early?

Yes. You can payout the outstanding balance inclusive of any fees and charges on any day you wish.

 

How can I find out the payout figure?

You can contact our partner Fair Go Finance on 1300 324 746 and request a payout statement.

 

How long does it take for the bond to be paid?

If you’ve been approved for RentBond and have provided any supporting documentation requested, your loan may be processed on the same or next business day.

 

What do I do if I cannot make a repayment?

If you’ve been approved for RentBond and have provided any supporting documentation requested, your loan may be processed on the same or next business day.

 

What happens if I dishonour a payment?

If you dishonour your monthly repayment, you will be sent an SMS and email providing you access to the customer portal to help you manage your repayments. If you can make up any arrears within 48 hours, no fees will be charged. If you are unable to make a repayment, a fee of $35 will be charged to your account.
