Reader Question:

“Can I do minor repairs on my rental? If so, what sort of minor repairs am I allowed to do? Do I have to ask for the owner’s permission?” – Samantha (QLD)

Minor repairs: What can be done?

We asked director/licensee at Homes4U, Mareea Wilkinson for her advice on this question:

“The one thing which we never allow is plumbing, electrical or safety repairs and definitely no cleaning out of gutters.”
