“I’ve been looking at a lot of property listings on the internet. Is there a reason the length of lease isn’t usually advertised?” – Jen
Where do you find the advertised length of lease?
We asked Principal/Business Manager at Ray White Leading Edge, Tricia Gilbert for her advice on understanding the way real estate agents advertise the property’s length of lease.
“I would say this has just been an oversight by the Agent,” Tricia said.
“It’s normally in an auto fill box on the advertising program but it can be omitted.”
If you have any questions about the length of a lease on a listed property, you can contact the Property Manager using the orange ‘Enquire’ button below the photos on any Rent.com.au listing.
