We asked Operations Manager at Melbourne Property Managers, Sarah Martin for her advice:
“If the phone line doesn’t work, it’s classified as a maintenance issue and is the responsibility of the landlord to rectify,” Sarah said.
“It is, however, important to make sure that it’s not an individual account issue and that your account has been set up correctly.”
