With the Rent app, you can enquire about a rental faster and easier once you create your Renter Resume. Your Renter Resume is your personal renting profile, designed to make your rental application stand out. Once you’ve filled in your basic tenancy application information, you can contact the agent/landlord with a single click, enabling to move fast in your rental search.
Unique property features
Searching for a rental is simple with the Rent app. Find your perfect home with unique features like Walk Score (can you ditch the car and walk everywhere?), top 3 local features (the key features of a suburb as voted by the people who live there, rental insights (make sure you’re not paying too much – see the suburb’s median rent against a property) and toggle between map and list views (find properties the way that works for you).
Tools to make your move easier
When you’re getting ready to move, check the Rent app for the latest tools designed especially for renters. Finance your bond and pay it off in smaller instalments, verify your ID against the National Tenancy Database, get your utilities connected/disconnected before you move to a new house, or cover your stuff with contents insurance for renters.
