Rent.com.au’s newly upgraded Agent dashboard stores all property enquiries, Renter Resumes and tenant applications.

Here’s how to use your dashboard to organise your current and future tenant applications.

Get a comprehensive view of your properties and enquiries

It is important that you have signed into your Rent.com.au account to check for tenant applications.

Because many offices use a portal upload system, we understand if you haven’t logged into your Rent.com.au Agent Dashboard for awhile.

  • We will send you an email letting you know an application has been sent to you

Track your progress

Along with enquiries and applications, you can also see your stats, including your median days on market.

Evaluate your tenants

You will also be able to access the RentCheck (Equifax ID + NTD check) for any Renters who purchased this option when completing their Renter Resume. Read more about Renter Resume – the personal renting profile for renters here.

Important: Don’t allow tenants to apply without inspecting the property. We have updated the application process to ask the tenant if they have inspected the property prior to application.

If they haven’t, they’ll be directed to your Open for Inspection times if you have these listed on your ads. Otherwise, they will need to arrange an inspection.

Access to market information

Premium Plan agents can also access RentReports, rental statistic reports, free of change. You can use RentReports to get up-to-date rental data to help with your management appraisal presentations, rent reviews and investment property sales.

Tenant applicationsRentReports offer independent market information to back your recommendations and will save you valuable time when you prepare property management proposals.

Get rental trends in your suburb by property type, find out the average days on market and compare the market to a specific property. RentReports come customised with your Agency name – you could also add your client’s name.
