Rental property website rent.com.au has announced its return as PPM Group’s major partner for its prestigious 2020 PPM National Property Management ‘Best of the Best’ Awards.

Entries are now open for the 2020 awards, with nominations sought from property managers and property management teams across the country. PPM’s ‘Best of the Best’ awards recognise outstanding achievement at a national level, with entries open to all agencies and property management team members practising in Australia.

The awards dinner and presentation will be held at QT Resorts on the Gold Coast on Saturday, July 18, 2020 as part of the PPM National Property Management Conference (July 18-19).

“Rent.com.au is proud to return as major partner with PPM Group for the fifth year running”, said David Berridge, National Agent Sales Manager for rent.com.au.

“We’re delighted to be part of PPM’s awards once again in support of the property management industry, and our thousands of clients Australia-wide,” he said. “Year after year, we continue to see more agencies actively pursuing and focusing on improving and enhancing their service delivery to their landlords and tenants. We’re proud to be associated with an awards event of this calibre, which showcases achievement in the property management field.”

Debbie Palmer, Managing Director at PPM Group said receiving an award was a significant career goal for many agents. “The ‘Best of the Best’ awards are designed to encourage, recognise, and promote excellence in the areas of service delivery, systems, technology, marketing, business development, leasing, personal achievement and best industry practices,” she said.

“This year, we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be expanding the awards, separating the Agency of the Year Award into two individual categories: Small and growing (less than 400 residential properties) and Larger (greater than 400 residential properties). In doing so, we hope to encourage some smaller teams to apply who are achieving amazing results despite having a smaller team than what’s afforded in larger agencies.”

Among the roll call of excellence in property management in 2019 was Lauren Robinson from Rental Results, whose team took home both Property Management Agency of the Year and Property Management Social Media & Website of the Year.

Lauren Robinson, the Principal Licensee for the Queensland-based agency spoke highly of PPM Group and its industry awards. “I would highly recommend participating in the PPM National Awards,” she said. “It was an honour to be recognised as the Property Management Agency of the Year. It encouraged our team to continue to raise the bar within the industry and ensure we’re delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients. I encourage everyone to participate in it next year.”

The 2020 awards dinner event will be held on the Gold Coast on Saturday, July 18, 2020, in conjunction with the PPM Property Management Conference (July 18-19), where property management professionals will come together to recognise the industry’s top performers across eight categories.
