To ensure your Business Profile displays correctly and that your enquiries go to the right place, it’s important to check your office details are up to date on your Rent.com.au account.

1. Sign in to your Rent.com.au account

To sign into your Rent.com.au agent account, visit www.rent.com.au/sign-in and use your email / username and password. Forgotten your password? Don’t worry! Simply click ‘Forgot password‘ and enter your email address. We’ll email you your password instructions.

 

2. Update your contact list

Once you have signed in, you will see your Agent Dashboard. You can read more about your Agent Dashboard here. To update your property managers and contacts, click Contacts on the top bar (You’ll find it at the end of the header menu).

To ensure your team are receiving updates, RentQuotes management leads, property enquiries and applications with added information from the Renter Resume and Pet Resume feature, check that your staff are listed on the contact page.

To add a new person, click Add a new property manager or contact and follow the prompts.

3. Update your marketing and office details

To update your office details, click Marketing on the top bar (It sits between Dashboard and Listings).

3a. Your key company information

Review the entries in the first section of the Marketing & Office Details page. Ensure your principal’s contact details and your trading and company name are correct.

3b. Your company’s best contact details

These office details will appear in all of your listings. Review the entries in the Contact details box.

3c. Where should we send your enquiries?

Update the contact details for your office, including the email address where all office enquiries will be sent to. Note all property enquiry and applications will be sent to the Property Manager contact email address associated with the property.

4. Hit save!

It’s as simple as that. Just click Save and all your updates will reflect on your account.
