Our asset portfolio has grown in the years due mainly from our existing clients referrals to their friends, family and word of mouth. Our property management team consisting of seven Property Managers, full time Leasing Agent and Business Development Officer, have a wealth of experience in the industry working with up to date systems and procedures. We also work alongside a number of Relocation Agents who’s clients are relocating to Perth for employment opportunities or varies reasons and the Wembley, Churchlands, Floreat, Woodlands and surrounding areas are sought after locations being close proximity to the city, transport and popular schools.
Bexleys manage a number of properties in and around the areas with rents ranging from $250.00 to $1800.0 per week.

Our company believes the service Bexleys can offer you is unique, in that we are a boutique agency operating in Wembley with the same owners for the last 18 years. Wendy Campbell is one of the directors at Bexleys and her position is to oversee our property management department, being actively involved with the day to day running of the office and overseeing staff. We also have a fulltime leasing consultant who is responsible for proactively leasing out the properties before handing over to your property manager. Having a fulltime leasing agent promotes full focus on finding tenants for properties while the property managers can focus on the day to day management of their property portfolio. The leasing agent works closely with the property managers to ensure the applicants are the right fit for the property before presenting to the owner for approval.
