PARIDIS & PARTNERS REAL ESTATE is the new trading name of what was Formerly Elders Real Estate Bondi Junction.

PARIDIS & PARTNERS REAL ESTATE have only changed the trading name. Bristol & Co Pty/Ltd remains the company name.

The company was established in 1954, when it opened its first Real Estate office in Paddington. We subsequently opened a total of five offices, including our City office from which the Company conducted its operations for a period of over 45 years.

During those years we have experienced the peaks and troughs of the Real Estate Market, firstly under the Management of Steve Paridis, and currently under the Management of Steve’s son Robert Paridis and throughout, have built a reputation of the highest integrity and professionalism.

The opening of our Bondi Junction Office in 1992, marked a commitment to Providing solid service and advice in an area where the Company has a great deal of experience and expertise.

Through the years of property dealing and development in the Sydney Metropolitan area as well as the C.B.D. and in particular the Eastern Suburbs, PARIDIS & PARTNERS REAL ESTATE believes it can provide unique knowledge coupled with old-fashioned service and a modern marketing approach.

We have been members of the Real Estate Institute of NSW since its inception and we abide by its Code of Ethics.
